The Skeena Fisheries Commission receives funding from DFO’s Pacific Integrated Commercial Fisheries Initiative (PICFI) to host and support the PICFI Business Development Team (BDT). The BDT provides advisory services to Indigenous Commercial Fishing Enterprises (CFEs) across British Columbia, and fosters First Nations economic growth through diverse aquatic and coastal industries.
